Background of the Study
Mobile devices have become an integral part of modern education due to their portability, accessibility, and versatility. In secondary schools, mobile devices offer students the opportunity to access a wide range of learning resources, from e-books and academic videos to interactive apps and online courses. Mobile learning (m-learning) is particularly beneficial in environments where traditional educational resources are scarce or difficult to access.
In Makurdi Local Government Area, Benue State, secondary schools face challenges related to the availability of physical learning materials, teacher shortages, and limited exposure to modern educational tools.
